Job Position Description:
With a ‘Company First’ mentality, Project Estimators manage all aspects of the estimating process while following PuroClean® estimating guidelines and SLA's (Service Level Agreements) provided. Our project estimators are the first impression, front line direct representation of our company. Appearance, communication abilities, likability, and overall knowledge of basic construction is a must! Working directly with our Project Management team and keeping a constant open line of communication regarding all active assignments. Understanding proper scoping techniques, having the proper negotiation skills when directly working with TPA & adjusters, and following through with agreements made with customers will be a part of daily duties. Having the ability to identify potential site hazards while scoping is performed (asbestos, lead paint, mold, etc.) Must conduct oneself professionally and with courtesy at all times. Must be proactive conveying information and be immediately responsive to requests for information by TPA's, adjusters, project managers, and customers. Must have an organized work environment, ability to multi-task, and work under time constraints to meet specific timelines. Prior Xactimate/CoreLogic estimating software experience a must.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate losses and develop clear and accurate estimates in Xactimate, CoreLogic, and/or using T&M price lists
• Ensure that proper administrative items and supporting documentation/photos are included in initial estimates
• Obtain clear and accurate subcontractor bids and incorporate into estimate/invoice
• Competitively price non-insurance estimates and win the job
• Clearly communicate with all parties the basis for your estimate
• Clearly communicate with internal staff the scope of work and any missed revenue opportunities
• Meet all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for PuroClean programs with regards to estimating guidelines
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of construction and estimating (residential and commercial, interior and exterior)
• Experience with insurance-based estimating software, i.e., Xactimate, CoreLogic, etc.
• Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating ‘the message’
• Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth
• Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
